What is a SisterConnect™ Empowerment Group?
A SisterConnect Empowerment Group (S.E.G.) is a gathering of a group of women who come together under the facilitation of a trained TBW SisterConnect Leader for the express purpose of connection, encouragement, wisdom, sharing, growing and transforming their lives!
Where do the groups meet?
Each group is uniquely designed by the TBW SisterConnect Leader and meets how and when the groups decide. Some groups happen all by teleconference; some meet in homes, others meet in specified locations. Each group is unique and established based on the needs and desires of the women in that group.
What do the SisterConnect Empowerment Groups do?
S.E.G.s meet for the purpose of connection, empowerment, life transformation and advancement. They come together to strategically mobilize women in SEVEN core areas of her life: (1) spiritually; (2) emotionally/intellectually; (3) physical body (health, beauty, fitness and fashion); (4) financially; (5) relationally; (6) sexually and (7) occupationally. Through the use of curriculum, studies, and relevant resources women are able to journey in their lives toward wholeness, completion, purpose and destiny!
How are the S.E.G.’s formed?
TBW Corp. solicits leaders from all over the world, trains them and the leaders form their own groups. Each leader comes to the table with at least 5 women whom she’s already in relationship with. She then undergoes TBW SisterConnect Leadership Training, and is supported through our organization throughout her SisterConnect leadership journey with us.
